Hello, I’m Sue Grice and I am an Ambassador for Connect Pathway. I am a happily married grandmother to five and mother to three – including a bubbly and energetic adult daughter with special needs.

I understand how difficult and daunting it can be navigating the NDIS and looking for services. We always worry, are we doing the right thing?

I am passionate about getting the best services for my daughter and helping others achieve the same for their loved ones.

I can assure you that the wonderful team at Connect Pathway will do everything possible to ensure that your special loved one is happy, well cared for and enjoying life.

Hi, I’m Tanya and I would like to welcome you to Connect Pathway. I have been working in the equality space for over 10 years and more recently have had the humbling experience of living with disability. The biggest challenges we all face every day, regardless of background, is getting others to see our full potential, to focus on what we can do rather than what is missing and how to enable rather than disable those around us.

This is particularly true for people living with disability as we can face more challenges than most, but we are just as willing to have a go, get out in the community and further challenge ourselves. My role at Connect Pathway is to support our staff to provide the best possible care and service to you.

That starts with a simple foundation of respect — respect for everyone, participants, families, and communities regardless of their background, abilities or disabilities — and a willingness to listen and learn from all people that surround you.

Hello my name is Enamul and I am deeply passionate about empowering and encouraging everyone to indulge their abilities.

For me the ultimate reward is to be of service and help others to achieve their goals. I believe that starts with providing excellent customer service through person-centred support because person centred support puts individuals at the centre of their own choices, goals and dreams.

My dream is to build an inclusive and diverse environment where everyone feels safe and supports each other. My dream is to help others fulfil their dreams. I believe that by developing a culture of respect and understanding, we can create a community where everyone’s unique talents and perspectives are valued. Hello, my name is Vincenza Luppino, I have over 5 years experience being an LAC and also a support Coordinator.  My role as a support coordinator is to understand the NDIS plan and coordinate services for participants in the NDIS.

I have lived experience and am very passionate about helping those in need. I have a strong background in advocating for individuals with disabilities and ensuring they receive the necessary support and resources to thrive.

I am dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of individuals with disabilities.

My goal is to empower individuals to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives. I believe that every person has the right to live with dignity and access the opportunities they deserve.

Hi, my name is Lee Thompson. I have worked in the disability sector for over 20 years. I have been a support coordinator for the past 7 years. I like to design your supports with you in mind and personalise them to your unique needs and preferences.
